Healthy and fit people really enjoy their life very happily and peacefully. An unhealthy person cannot enjoy life in full extent. We should eat green and fresh vegetables, milk, fresh fruits, egg, etc. Our body need sufficient amount of proteins, minerals and vitamins on daily basis to be fit and healthy. What is gym ?
A gym, short for gymnasium. Gymnasium is a kind of fitness whole or fitness centre to exercise the body. It helps in increasing strength, endurance and also increase our overall body flexibility. Gymnasium contains different kinds of machines to train different types of muscles groups.

- Completely avoid heavy carbohyrates loaded meals like Indian Chickpeas, fried pakoras, Paranthas , Rolls, Rice, Bananas, Sweets etc.
- Just forget added sugar don’t consume any type of sugary beverage.
- Too fatty people should just do simple walking and not running, it will destroy your joints.
- Consume food that have high good and proteins with significantly less carbs like spinach, Egg, chicken, Curd, Cauliflower, Avocado, bottle guard, Salads, Tomato, Onion, Cheese, Butter, Cottage Cheese, Buttermilk, Almond milk, Cabbages combine them with salad sauces.
- Eat fruits with salts, Fruits like Berries, Orange, Pineapple, Mango, Water melons, Musk melons, not banana
